Our job is to ignore all the ups and downs and chatter about gold. Our job is to take a position in gold and sit with it -- do nothing. For the average individual, this is hard to do. It's very difficult to sit through the entire length of a bull market.

Q & A
My husband and I are getting ready to take money out of our 401(k) to pay off our house. We owe $135,000 on a 65 acre piece with creek, fields, an artesian well, gardens, etc. that we have worked and built for years. In order to pay this off, pay tax and penalty, we need to take out $250,000 (or so). The problem, after talking with our accountant, is that taking this money would then bump us up into a higher tax bracket. Given that we're going to get "taxed to death" with all the money our government is printing, would this be the wisest decision at this time?
We have 5 years left on a ten-year note @ 4.25%. Economically, we are able to make our payments; job security is excellent, etc. etc.
With inflation/hyper-inflation, it is said that the DOW would move up, as would all commodities, etc. We're not necessarily looking to the stock market or the retirement fund to save anything - I've been a student for years and understand what is happening now, but we would like to get/be sovereign. We have prepared, have our garden, stored food, seeds, gold, silver, etc. Not sure whether to keep making the house payments or get it paid off now!!!
Congratulations on being in a position to becoming self sufficient. You have a very interesting situation - somewhat similar to my own. Ramtha has spoken recently about the importance of owning your property outright so that you have ultimate control over its destiny and your future security.
I have not manifested owning my current property free and clear. What I have done until that happens is save enough money to pay my mortgage over the next few years if I did not have an income.
I am concerned with any retirement plan, as many have lost 30 - 40% value over the past few years and I believe that it is going to get MUCH, MUCH worse.
I do not think that there is a more valuable asset than a self sufficient home. Your note of 4.25% is excellent and interest rates, currently around 6% could go down as low as 3 - 4% in the next 6 - 12 months. For many, this would be an excellent time to refinance.
I was reading today and a lot recently that those that I trust in understanding this financial meltdown have suggested that people take all of their money out of their retirement plans. The US dollar is about to be devalued another 30 - 40%, so the value of your 401(k) will also be devalued. Anything denominated in US dollars will lose value. It is a planned effort by those that want to control the rest of us. How else could you rationalize bailing out huge corporations that lose billions of dollars?? This goes against every law of economics!!
The DOW will not move up as a trend - it is on its way to the basement - that is a certainty!! Commodities will begin to slowly increase in cost and if I am right about my concerns, gasoline will be $4/gallon by the end of the year, and staple foods will be doubled in price.
Although I cannot make your decision for you, I have given you my thoughts and concerns regarding a very fragile economy.
If you ask God for a runner that will make your decision simple and clear, you will be sent one.
On a video I saw it says to buy Heirloom seeds. Is there a place where we can buy that in Yelm? Also, are there certain types of seeds you recommend we stock up on?
I don't think heirlooms are important unless you want certain varieties that are Heirlooms as they will not be available in the future. There are a few great seed companies that fulfill the criteria for all of the climate regions of the US. For the Pacific Northwest, I like www.seedsofchange.comwww.abundantlifeseeds.com
and www.territorialseed.com
Make sure you buy open-pollinated, organic or untreated seeds. These non-highbred seeds are the only seeds that you can harvest in the fall and replant the following year. Highbred seeds do not germinate. Maybe the Yelm Coop has open-pollinated seeds!!
Thanks for the update on Monsanto and their attempt to control food production. What is your opinion with these big corporation, are they stoppable, it seems like only Mother Nature can stop them, with the days to come. I'm sure they have many seats in the government already, our vote might not do much, or some kind of voting manipulation. I will get as much seeds as possible now.
There could be a revolution like we did in the 1960s - that was powerful and created lasting change. There does not seem to be the same passion with this generation. My suggestion is to get prepared, do what you can to make a fuss about this, and get sovereign. There does not seem to be enough interest to reverse the tide of a New World Order.
I am writing you because I am interested in buying 2 water filters like you have. Can you tell me the name and model if you remeber, of those you have for your self? Also, I want to ask you, what kind of sistem are you using to produce light in your vacation home?
Berkey water filters and Katydyne are the two best on the market - www.berkeyfilters.com
I have the stainless steel model shown in the picture - AND - www.katadyn.com
I have AC lighting as long as it lasts, DC lights with batteries and a generator to charge the batteries, and candles with mirrors as a last resort. You can buy week-long candles in a glass. I have enough for two years.
Economy
Eighteen months ago, Gold
was trading at around $670/oz and it closed yesterday at $960 for a gain of $290 or 43.2%.
"The downward pressure on gold will end soon because central bank supplies of gold are running out. For the past thirty-five years, thousands of tons of central bank gold have been sold to force gold lower. When those supplies are gone, so, too, will be the gold prices we see today.
When the central bank cap on gold is finally forced off, gold will not just be off to the races, gold will bolt the barn leaving it and the racetrack far behind; so far, central bankers have been successful at preventing this. Soon, they will be unable to do so." www.kitco.com/ind/schoon/mar182009.html
Conquer Yourself - 1 OZ. of Pure Silver -
www.goldwisdompro.com
"The Great work starts with a look at your self. If the Great work is all about the fire in the crucible and the metal that is thrown into it, then the base metal that has to be turned into gold is you. Conquer yourself!"
Before you trade your gold jewelry
for cash, here is some information:
1) Independent buyers who sell directly to a refinery can pay the most -
up to 70 percent of the melt (spot) price of gold.
Gold dealers will pay you about 50 percent of the melt price.
Pawn shops will pay you the next level- a good one will pay 40 percent to 50 percent of the melt price.
The firms that advertise on TV will pay you the least. The average is about 33 percent, or 33 cents on the dollar. I've even heard of people getting as little as 10 cents on the dollar!
2) You should know exactly how much gold you have.
For example, if you know you have 18 karat gold, that's 75 percent pure gold. If your 18 karat gold necklace weighs one ounce, and gold is trading at $900 an ounce, that's $900 x .75 or $675 worth of gold at the melt price. If someone says they're giving you 70 percent of the melt price, they should pay you $675 x .70 = $472.50.

Gold will not be confiscated. End of discussion! In the 1930s very little gold was surrendered, almost none for that matter. No one was prosecuted in the 1930s for failing to surrender their gold … Jim Sinclair
Is This the Right Time to Refinance Your Mortgage
Or Buy a New House?
Consider that the lowest annual average mortgage rate seen in the 20th and 21st centuries was 4.7 percent, set right after World War II. In other words, this is just about the cheapest that mortgage money has ever been.
If you have a mortgage, now is the time to get in touch with your lender and see what he or she can do for you. A typical rule of thumb is that if you can save one percentage point on your interest rate, you may want to go ahead and
I think that interest rates will fall between the 3% - 5% range to ease the housing crisis.
Is it a good time to buy a house??
Take your time. There's no need to rush in and buy now with so many homes to choose from and prices likely to decline further. You, as a buyer, have the upper hand now and will likely continue to have it for some time.
Since its inception in 1913, the Federal Reserve Board has been responsible for almost 95% devaluation of the U.S. Dollar. All this has been achieved through its ability to continually inflate the money supply.
Food can no longer be purchased with Zimbabwe dollars - Gold for Bread;
the poorest people in the world are finally turning to grains of gold as a way out from the horror of hyperinflation that resulted from total government giveaways and too much government theft.

In the UK there is a great program being implemented in many schools that choose to join. The school builds a garden and the children plant and grow food. They teach cooking classes again as part of the curriculum and the surplus is used in the school lunch program. Nutrition education then spills into the home. It's very successful so far.

There are very few places on Earth like the Ruzizi Valley. The average temperature remains around 80 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. There is plentiful water, rich soil and four growing seasons. However, ten years of brutal civil war had destroyed everything.
In 2005, the people of the Ruzizi Valley, in partnership with Working Villages International (WVI), an affiliate of Food for Life Global began implementing an innovative yet practical economic model of sustainable village development.
A model village is literally rising from the ashes, and includes full employment, private ownership of small farms and businesses, zero carbon footprint and 100% recycling. The project is a practical demonstration that it's possible to profoundly increase living standards in rural Africa without hampering local culture and ingenuity.

HOW TO INSTANTLY STOP THE VIRAL REPLICATION PROCESS
Why Mammals are Different from Reptiles and Birds
What causes the RNA copy to completely release the newly made copy, and unzip the new DNA virus from the RNA master copy is something at the end of the molecule chain, called a TELOMERE. When the DNA copy is complete, the electrical charge on the RNA Telomere changes, like flipping an electrical switch, and it then releases and repels the new DNA copy by electrical forces. But the RNA Telomere is temperature sensitive. It won't release a new copy if it is too warm.
If the temperature of the Telomere on the end of the RNA chain is too hot -- meaning above 102 degrees F, then the Telomere cannot unzip and release the new DNA copy. The RNA and the new DNA viral copy are electrically bonded together -- and they are stuck -- they can't unzip and separate. Thus, the original viral DNA cannot replicate even one copy of itself using the RNA if you have a fever of about 101 to 102 degrees. That is why humans and all warm-blooded mammals on earth produce a fever when infected with a virus, since it prevents the original viral DNA from replicating any copies of itself at all. Thus -- the end of the line for the original virus and any viral replication. That is also why most viruses on earth come from birds and reptiles, since they cannot raise their body temperature to cause a fever, and the viruses can run rampant among those animals. Sometimes a viral infection can wipe out and cause complete extinctions among reptiles, amphibians and birds. This is rare among warm-blooded mammals which can create fevers when infected with viruses.
That's also why we have fevers. And that is why reducing the fever with Nyquil, or Aspirin or other cold and flu medications can kill you when the Viral RNA is allowed to unzip millions of copies of the original single Viral DNA molecule. Each new copy of the original viral DNA can then repeat the process and quickly produce billions of copies of itself in an hour or so, and start infecting more and more of your cells, until it kills you. But the high temperature or a fever will stop the viral replication process instantly.
Testimonials & Comments
This is a reality now and it is happening. If we let this happen it will eventually come to Canada and the rest of the world. I sure as heck don't want this here because I own an organic farm. Please send this email on to everyone you know, now matter what part of the world that they are in. The only way in which we are going to successfully bring down these multi-national corporations that want to control every aspect of our lives is to stick together and not allow it to happen. Then all your contacts can send it to everyone they know and hopefully a lot of those people will be American and they can stand up as the land of the free and shut this ridiculous idea down.
I hope that you all see the potential of where this could go if this is allowed to pass. I for one would not like to see my friends in the USA no longer have to choice to eat healthy food of the earth without harmful chemicals, just as I would not want all of you who live elsewhere to not have the choice either. Please stand up with the American people who are wonderful people and show them, that we are standing behind them and even if their economy fails that we as human beings are not willing and are not going to fail them.

This is the best all round seed source that i have found yet. The quantities and prices are true. For $50 you get enough seed to feed the entire neighborhood and more. I have a friend with a market garden that has used these folks for years with good results. He gives me his leftover seed because he always has more than he needs. Please pass this link on so that those with little funds can make a big investment if they so choose.
Thanks for your time,
