My family is in Ohio. Are there groups outside of Washington that are being formed?
Also, I have been looking into the ARC communities. www.archbunkers.com I have applied to get into one so that I have another option. What do you think about that option or is there any teaching that might give some insight about this being a good idea or not. Basically it's a UG for hundreds of people!
It looks good on paper - However, I would be very leery of being underground with that many people who have not been trained to handle stress and claustrophobia.

At this point, 50% for each metal would be my suggestion. I am planning on selling some time between March - September 2012

I have a question for you but I will take first the opportunity to thank you for the newsletter which has been a catalyst in acting concretely for my preservation and the ones that I care for.
Ramtha has recently expressed a strong warning regarding the ability to travel safely from/in October. I would like to know if you remember Ramtha having talked about any reprieve in December as my family will be traveling all the way from Europe to Australia in December for preparedness reason.
So far the travel restrictions ONLY apply to October. However, we have not been told about the remainder of the year. We should get more updates before the end of October as the RSE teachers have flights scheduled for November and December.
What has happened to the gold and silver prices?
The Big Banks (JP Morgan / etc) needed to cover their short positions. It will come back - there is more SMART money (funds and institutions) that are buying in this dip - when this is over - a few weeks or so, gold will be back and much higher by the end of the year.
Do you have filters in your inlets/outlets? If so, what are they made of and what are they protecting your underground from? Are you considering biological hazard?
How far deep underground must the shelter be? How thick should the layer of earth above our heads be?
You should have at least ONE air filter system (biological, chemical, nuclear) that fits into the intake pipe for your structure. If you GOOGLE bio air filter systems, you will get some information. I would suggest at least 4 feet or 1-1/2 meters of dirt over the structure. That amount of dirt over your structure gives you 1000 times more radiation protection than being above ground.

Race to Debase - 2011 Q3 - Fiat Currencies vs. Gold & Silver
Rounding out the third quarter of 2011 heading to the finish line for the year, we are again tracking the performance of gold and silver bullion versus 75 different dying fiat currencies around the world.
Through the 3rd quarter of 2011 gold appears to be running away with another annual victory in value!
Thus far in 2011, gold has appreciated 17.2% versus 75 fiat currencies from around the world.
Demand for physical gold and silver increasing
The physical gold and silver markets are becoming increasingly dissociated from paper gold and silver markets, where derivatives such as futures and options are traded. Last year (2010), according to the latest data from Reuters, the demand for silver coins increased by 28% to101.3 million ounces. Recently, however, the Royal Canadian Mint announced that it expected a sales-rise of 30% – to 125 million ounces per year.
Lloyd's of London Abandons European Banks!
Without warning, Lloyd's just announced that it has withdrawn its money from European banks. The reason? The banks are in danger of failing as Europe's debt crisis continues to intensify.
Some thoughts on Gold and Silver
1) The price of both metals is 100% rigged every day. They can place the price at $1M/oz or $0/oz with a stroke of a computer key. If you want to SURVIVE the coming chaos you MUST put yourself in a position where price does not matter. This means keeping your metal OUTSIDE of the financial system. No ETF's, no metal certificates, no mining stocks, no safe deposit boxes...nothing that will force you to sell or be confiscated without you putting up a fight.
2) The gold and silver ETF's were a con-job from day one and may be the Bad Guys LAST CARD in the destruction of the price of the precious metals. At any moment, both of these ETF's can be dissolved for a myriad of reasons giving the Bad Guys the perfect cover to go for one final all out computer rigged metal slam. If you would be emotionally devastated with crash of silver to $5 and gold to $300 then you are not thinking about your investments properly. It should be a moment to celebrate as it would mean we are close to the END of their games.
3) The key is to be able to ride it out. If it lasts a week or a month or six months you must be prepared to wait them out. And it may not come by itself. It will likely come with the crash of the rest of the system as well. Have 4-6 months of supplies (food, water, protection, a plan) and get to know your neighbors as they will be your new community.
4) And what if the opposite happens?? What if gold and silver both take off to $10k/oz or $100k/oz destroying the financial shorts...and thus the entire financial system? Just think of the massive chaos in that scenario with EVERYBODY losing EVERYTHING that was not a real physical asset. You would hear cries of nationalization and confiscation from ALL CORNERS OF THE WORLD. Which scenario is better?
Remember...WE ARE IN THE HOT ZONE ON THE ROAD TO ROOTA!
But rest assured that there is a LIGHT at the end of this very dark Road. There is a plan to restore our Constitutional money and right all the wrongs of the last 100 years....It just won't be pleasant getting there.

Monolithic Dome Cabin
There are several advantages to ordering a Monolithic Dome Cabin. One is that it can be ordered as a shell only. Second, it allows the home owner to finish the project out of pocket at their own pace. And third, Monolithic will finance the #15 finished cabin. I have 21 acres, with a separate cabin that i would like to share with a master in the school. The cabin has water and electricity to it, and a woodstove partically put in it for heating. I am not in yelm...my land is 550ft. Up in mountains in the olympic penisula (washington state).
